Why we built this
A group of women, noting how rarely women in legal tech show up on the lists, panels, and roundups that shape the industry, decided to fix that. We created a space where women founders in legal tech are easy to find: who they are, what they built, and how to reach them.
The directory started with a LinkedIn conversation, where people named the women founders they admire. It grows the same way, through suggestions from the community.
This is not a “pay-to-play” site.It is a site to highlight and connect women in legal tech, for their benefit and for the benefit of everyone who needs their services.
How the directory works
No one pays to be listed, and no one can pay for a better spot. Founders are listed alphabetically by last name.
Legal Tech Founders
Women who founded or co-founded a software product for lawyers, legal teams, courts, or people with legal needs.
Founders in Legal
Women who founded a business that serves the legal profession: consulting, training, communities, publications, and teaching.
Marks founders whose work is built mainly for people without lawyers, or for legal aid, public defenders, courts, or pro bono programs.
